Hainhölzer Markt

As an investor and builder we realised a very special project in cooperation with the city of Hanover and multiple retailers. In a central location between Voltmerstraße and Schulenburger Landstraße, directly at the tram station Hainhölzer Markt, a modern commercial centre with numerous parking lots is forming. We are erecting the perfect combination of a local supply centre and a lot of new living space.

The storey ceilings we implement as a flat ceiling and build the reinforced concrete ceiling with sloped insulation slabs and a foil seal. The build-in technologies are really innovative: Elevators, fire detection systems, emergency power supply and a partial air ventilation and cooling system will be installed. Of course, the building is also handicapped accessible due to DIN 18040-1. To reduce the primary energy requirement, we plan energy-efficient using the guidelines EnEV2016.

We plan to build this project in 2019, and we expect its completion in 2021.
