Retirement home in Stade

In the so-called Heidesiedlung in Stade we raised the quality of the life of elderly people with this interesting project. A modern retirement home with 80 care places for short-, long- or prevention-care accrued in a beautiful landscape. The closeness to a residential district for families gives inhabitants of the retirement home a reassuring, urban feeling.

Separate rooms create calm and safeness, and a diversity of lounges give the inhabitants a participation in social life. At the ground floor there is also a pharmacy and a hairdresser. In the immediate surrounding there is a day-care, a café, the consumer market Familia and soon there will also be a Kindergarden, primary and secondary school and a gym.
